Welcome to Megan Michelle Artistry! These terms of service outline the rules and policies for using our bridal hair and makeup services.

Services Megan Michelle Artistry provides professional on-location hair and makeup services for brides and their bridal parties. Our services are booked through contracts signed with the bride specifying the event details, number of people receiving services, pricing, and policies.

Bookings & Payment To book services, a 30% non-refundable deposit of the quoted total is required, which secures your wedding date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event date. Accepted payments include credit/debit card through our secure system, PayPal, Zelle, and cash.

Rescheduling & Cancellations Cancellations up to 30 days before the event allow the client to forfeit only the 30% deposit. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event incur a 100% charge of the total quoted price. For emergency postponements, deposits can be applied to a new date based on availability.

Travel Fees Travel is included for events in San Diego County. Outside this radius, a $0.67 per mile round-trip travel fee applies. Additional fees for valet/parking reimbursement may apply.

Minimum Bookings A minimum of 5 booked services is required for Saturday/Sunday weddings. If minimums are not met, the 5 service minimum rate will still be charged.

Additional Artists For larger events requiring more artists, a $150 fee per additional artist applies to cover coordination, scheduling, and payment.

Liability Sanitation is a top priority. All products and tools are sanitized between uses and hygienically maintained to industry standards. Allergies must be disclosed prior to application. Megan Michelle Artistry is not liable for any skin irritation or allergic reactions.

Photo Release By hiring services, clients agree to allow use of their bridal photos for Megan Michelle Artistry’s websites, advertising, and social media, unless otherwise specified.

Other Terms These terms may be updated. Use of services constitutes agreement with the latest terms. Details in individual contracts with clients overrule general terms. California laws govern these terms.

Privacy Policy

Megan Michelle Artistry (“the Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and handle personal information.

Information Collected We collect personal information (name, contact details, etc) provided when clients book services, fill out contracts/forms, or communicate with us. Financial information is collected to process payments. We may also obtain some information from third parties involved with events.

Usage of Information The personal information is used provide and coordinate our hair and makeup services, process payments, maintain client accounts/records, respond to inquiries, and other legitimate business purposes related to our services. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain clients’ personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records per legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or as otherwise consented.

Data Security We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures designed to safeguard clients’ personal information in our possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use or modification. However, no method can eliminate all risks of unauthorized access or disclosure.

Photo Usage Unless otherwise specified, photos of clients from their bridal services may be used on our websites, advertisements, and social media. This relates to the visual depiction/likeness only – no other personal information is published.

Rights & Choices Clients may request to access, correct, amend or delete their personal information by contacting us. They may also opt-out of any marketing communications.
